@tobydox Ok. Thanks. I was told the program ran. But now on checking, it would appear that the install is still intact. Would this be the same for the Master Configurator on teacher's desktop?

Installation and configuration of Veyon without administrative privileges is not possible, I'm sorry. Veyon requires access to various low-level parts of the operating system. Also students would be able to change or disable Veyon easily if things would work without elevated privileges 😉

we're working on TS support but it's not finished yet. You will then have to add computer objects with the same IP but different ports, e.g. "host.example.com:11101", "host.example.com:11102" and so on. Expect this to be final in 4.2 in a few months.

Oops... my bad... you are right. I was on the 4.07 release. I have tested the 4.1, that is exactly what I was looking for. Now I am having another problem with this new release, but it is a different issue for a specific topic. Let me try to solve it myself first before asking for help. Thanks for support.

If you like you can try the unofficial test build at https://github.com/veyon/veyon/files/2257896/veyon-4.1.0.12-win64-setup.zip - please upgrade both teacher and and student computers.

you can build 32 bit DEB packages easily yourselves. Simply download the source code and follow the instructions in the README file. Don't hesitate to ask questions if you're stuck.

Yes it should work but you'll have to compile and build packages on your own. See the README.md file for more details on how to do that.

Haven't solved the issue yet. Tried using ultraVNC, increasing the memory limit to 512 MB and still no luck

I just switched in General from "use system language" to English US... My local language GUI was really annoying in both Configurator and Master, and in older versions there was no English option for some reason.

In 4.1.0 I just noticed there is English. The moment I switched to English and reopened Configurator, clicking "Start service" worked right away 😮

is not showing anymore in .log

So far no errors, everything looks fine. Going to install it on few class PCs and see if Master works without issues.
