Unable to launch programs or websites

Been using when it was iTalc.
In all that time I have never been able to open programs or launch websites.
Running on Windows 10 pro and education.
Have tried all the suggestions on here but can't even get it to come up with error!

Hi,

Have you tried with the fullpath name of the program ?
If the program is in the environnement PATH, it should work.
I tested with "notepad" and it launch on the client.

So you can try with notepad to see if it work also.
