I am facing Connectivity Issue between two Computers. How can I Overcome it?

Hello There,
I am trying to connect my Employee's PC to Admin PC but I am failing to connect these two PCs in Ubuntu.
Earlier, I tried to connect 4-5 different PCs to Admin PC and it got connected in one PC but when I followed the same pattern in different PC it didn't connect. I tried many ways but it is not connecting in that PC at all. I am doing all correct method for configuration but still not getting result.
What are the issues that I am facing? I want solution for UBUNTU 18. If anyone can help me with this, it will be great.

do the passwords match on both computers? Have you read https://docs.veyon.io/en/latest/admin/troubleshooting.html#computers-can-t-be-accessed already?
