Establishing connection black screen when sharing screen

  • Hello,

    We have updated our Veyon installation to 4.2.3 version, before this one we were using 4.1.7 version, in both versions when trying to use any of the share screen options we are getting a black screen with a white text indicating "Establishing connection..." and it keeps this way and the master screen is not showed on studentes screens.

    Our installation is set by DHCP.

    Any help to fix this?

    Are you using wifi or RJ45, or a mix of both?
    Which antivirus do you have on the clients and master?
    ( I do experience the same issue, only in wifi) and also in 4.2.4
