Configure with out admin privileges?

Hello. I hope this has not been asked...I did search first.
I am a computer lab teacher trying to install with out Elevated Privileges. The campus tech did authenticate and got the initial install completed, and I did some initial configuration, but I can not get back in to the configuration. Is there anyway to configure from the Master control panel? Thanks!

Installation and configuration of Veyon without administrative privileges is not possible, I'm sorry. Veyon requires access to various low-level parts of the operating system. Also students would be able to change or disable Veyon easily if things would work without elevated privileges
