We are using Veyon to monitor digital signs around the University of Houston campus. Some signs are tablet PCs used at conference rooms for displaying schedules. One of these signs is a Dell Venue 11 Pro 5130 running Windows Pro 10.0.17134, Intel Atom Z3775 CPU. I noticed after installing the Veyon Client that the service was not running and went to the folder and tried to manually run the Veyon-service.exe elevated "Run as Administrator" and received a standard Windows Error dialogue box saying "This app can't run on your PC / To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher." Veyon seems to work well on all of our other Windows 10 Pro and Windows 10 Enterprise PCs, most of which are either Intel NUCs or Gigabyte Brix models. I tried Compatibility mode for Windows 8 and Windows Vista.
    Other suggestions would be appreciated.
    Thanks!

      Hi @ChuckTownsend
may be this is an 32/64 bit issue? Have you tried running the 32 bit version of Veyon on the affected tablet?

@tobydox That was it! But why? If I'm running a 64bit OS, shouldn't I be able to run 64 bit apps? I uninstalled the 64 bit Veyon and installed the 32 bit one and it now works correctly. Thanks Toby.
