update all the PCs to version 22.214.171.124 and in several the authentication error occurred. I can not solve.

Hello, I suggest to increase the log level to "Debug" in Configurator, clearing log files and take a look at the log files on the affected clients (
C:\Windows\Temp\VeyonServer.log) after opening Veyon Master on the teacher computer. You might find further information in the log files on what's going on and what causes the failure.
