Unable to access Laptop clients, no problem with desktops.



  • I have installed the Veyon client on various PC's, a mixture of Windows 7 and Windows 10, the clients on the desktop machine can all be accessed without a problem. I tried installing the client on a few laptops with Windows 10, same build and network as the desktops, and I can't access them from the master. They all use a standard default domain GPO so should be set up the same. As a test I reformatted one laptop and did a clean install of Windows 10, this machine can not be seen by the Master either. Any ideas?



  • Are you using logon authentication or key file authentication? If logon authentication, can you logon into Veyon Master application on a Windows 10 machine?
