Cannot open Veyon Master in Xubuntu 18.04 LTS

Hello guys
I have successfully installed Veyon 4.1.90 in Xubuntu 18.04 LTS then i set key file authentication in general menu then start service and import authentication key or create new authentication key, but when I open Veyon Master it can't?Note: I have tried before in Windows it works
The error:
Authentication impossible
No authentication key files were found or your current ones are outdated. Please create new key files using the Veyon Configurator. Alternatively set up logon authentication using the Veyon Configurator. Otherwise you won't be able to access computers using Veyon

after creating authentication keys you have to assign a user group so that all users in that group can read the private key file. Please see https://docs.veyon.io/projects/admin-manual/en/latest/configuration.html#authentication for more details.
