Logon Authentication Error

Hi, I am not able to test Veyon configurator 4.10.1 . Veyon Logon dialogue box has the Username field already populated but I have no password for it...I have tried changing to an Administrator account but I keep getting ; Authentication error...logon failed with given username and password.

Please Help...anyone??
