Why student pc (W11 Family) don't start when i use the power on function

I have a master pc W11 pro to control a W11 family pc (target pc) i cant use all veyon system without any problems, connect, disconnect, off, restart, updatse etc.. but when i use turn on button nothing on the target PC

Is it on the same subnet? Is Wake-on-LAN enabled on the NIC and/or BIOS?
