Students turning off monitoring even without admin rights

Hi there,

I am fairly new to Veyon and have found it quite useful. Lately some students were dropping from the viewer in the master list and one student confessed to our principal that "another student" showed him how to remove Veyon. He will not expound on that, but I confiscated his device and cannot find out how it was done. There is nothing installed and no setting changes I can find that were done. Also I confirmed that the student does not have a way to access task manager or anything that normally requires admin rights.

Any help would be appreciated!
