Servidor Veyon inacessível ou não está sendo executado / Veyon server unreachable or not running

Olá, minha instalação do Veyon no Windows foi um sucesso, porém quando tento instalar no Ubunto 24.04.01 é exibido a mensagem do título. Instalei a mesma versão do ubuntu pelo site oficial do Venyon, já liberei portas, desativei firewall, os computadores estão na mesma rede, com o mesmo nome de usuário local criado. Nada parece dá certo. Ajuda por favor!
I has installed Veyon on windows was successfully, but when I try to install Veyon on Ubunto 24.04.4, it is showed the same message on this post title. I has installed the same version through the official website, I opened the doors, inactived the firewall, the computers are on the same network and with the same local user created but it is not working at all. Help Please
