Veyon Master ab 4.9.x zeigt sporadisch keine Clients an

Hallo,
seit dem Einsatz von Veyon 4.9.5 gibt es an allen Stellen in unserem Gebäude das Phänomen, dass sporadisch am Lehrer Rechner im Veyon Master keine Clients auftauchen. Manchmal nach erneutem Start von Veyon sind diese sichtbar.
Bei 4.8.3 gab es dieses Problem nicht.
Die config ist identisch und das Troubleshooting laut Veyon Seite hab ich schon erledigt. Also DNS, Firewall,... ist eigentlich auszuschließen.Gibt es eine Idee, warum der Veyon Master leer sein könnte?

We have the same problem, sometimes the Veyon Service into clients PC doesn't start.
To verify this, logon on unreachable client as administrator, run Veyon Configurator and try to start service manually.
At moment we haven't found the cause.
