Veyon goes from "Running" to "Stopped" state

Good morning, I have a problem with veyon, I install it, I configure it, initially it works, after a couple of days, on veyon master a client pc appears with an orange screen, I go to see the client pc and it appears that veyon is in "stopped" state, why does this happen?
