1 of 10 clients not fully functional

Hello. I recently installed veyon 4.9 on 10 clients, with windows 10. all of them are visible. 1 of them connects,can reboot shutdown even wake on lan works. Active features like tranfer file, open web page, start programm do not work at all. All settings are identical among clients. I can not seem to find any clue to what might be the case. Thanks for the help
