Keyboard/Mouse Stop Working on Veyon Client

We installed Veyon version 4.8.3 on student computer as client to test it, but after a while the mouse or keyboard stopped working, and if we switch the mouse or keyboard for another one, but still having the same problem, so we have to restart the computer, and everything goes normal.
I don't know whether it's a bug or there is a problem with the interception driver, I've been searching on google and there was a post on github from 2017 and having the same problem.
I just want to know the solution, did I have to wait for the new update? or maybe there's a solution with the interception driver.
