client computer display problems

Hello. I have 44 client computers configured with their respective public keys, the problem is that on the host computer I can only view some computers, but not all of them. They are all connected to the same network, there are no subnets. When pinging clients that are not visible from the host, the message is: "Request timed out" or "Destination host unreachable." I have done the same with all 44 computers and even with those that I can view from the client computer, I do not get ping.
I would appreciate any kind of suggestion or help.
