Some computers are yellow and do not connect with Veyon

Hi,
I have 27 computers with the identical operating system (Linux Mint) and the latest version of Veyon. Some work perfectly, some computers show only a yellow rectangle in Veyon Master. How can I find out the problem?
With a previous version of Veyon there were no problems.
