Veyon will not add new computers into exsisting suites

Hi we are a school and we have setup a config file that we import into veyon it shows the original 23 machines but we have recently added a 24th and it will not show up in the suites group even though it is added to the correct OU in AD I have tried a lot of the help guides but I have had no success any help would be appreicated.

@m-greaves Look if it's correctly configured in Veyon Configurator, and add the computer to the existent Computer Zone.

The computer is added into the ad ou but does not appear in veyon master the suite has 24 computers in it but only 23 appear in the suite. how do I add into the computer zone.

Go to Veyon Configurator, Locations, and Computers, Go to your Computer list and look for a + icon in the right box, now add it like the other ones you did, and you should be fine.
