User account lock out after Demo and remote control.

Good day everyone,

Has anyone had issues with user accounts being locked after they demo their screen to a lab of student devices. We are not using LDAP integration at this time. Staff account were added to the allow demo and remote access but everytime they do it locked their AD account. Any thoughts.

Having a similar issue here. Not using LDAP for anything just key based auth but whenever the master is launched the AD account of the user running it is locked out.
