Red Screen / Black Screen

Hello everyone,
i am having 2 issues with the veyon client on 2 different computers. In the first, red screen, I already checked the keys, I already checked the connection and I redid the network cable for that machine. If I remove and reconnect the cable and stop and start the service it works again but after a period red screen again.
In the second, black screen service running, black screen, I stop the service and start it again the image comes back for a few minutes in some cases for longer but the screen is dark again.Both machines with the veyon in the latest version and with the correct keys I have over 50 machines that work normally. It is only these two cases that present these "problems". I use the same client settings in all, including keyed authentication.
