Проблемы с подключением к удаленному компьютеру под управлением РЕДОС 7.3

Здравствуйте! Подключаюсь с компьютера под управлением Windows 10 Pro, использую аутентификацию с помощью ключа доступа. Проблема в том, что статус Veyron показывает "Подключение, подключено, подключение ..." При этом, я могу удаленно выключить компьютер, а вот удаленный рабочий стол не вижу.. В чем может быть проблема? Как ее решить? Veyon установлен версии 4.5.7
