No puedo ver las pantallas de el Master

Hola, instale Veyon Master en un pc con windows 10 y tengo 24 pc's con Veyon Service configurados con el key publico, logro hacer el encendido y el apagado remoto pero no logro ver la pantalla remota.
A que se debe el problema o que debo hacer para arreglarlo??
