Sending files

Hi everybody, I'm new here.
I have installed Veyon 4.5.7 few days ago in a Lab, operating with Windows10.
Everything works smoothly , exept one issue that is puzzling me:
I can send files to the PC but just few of them receive the file itself. I have checked the network configuration and it's the same to all the others. I just got this lab in charge and I still figure it out if there's something else to check.
