Authentication failure

Dear Sir,

i had installed veyon 4.1.4.0 master and client versions in my teacher and student PC, and followed the logon authentication mode, but when i am trying to control the student PC from Veyon master i am getting authentication failure or access denied , can you please help to resolve.
