Authentication Error

I am currently running Veyon 4.1.3.0. I have not been able to successfully use this program yet. We have added all the necessary computers to the master computer and set up keys for the computers I am attempting to monitor. When I attempt to view a student's screen from my computer, we receive the "authentication failed error." It states that my computer attempted to remote, but it was unsuccessful. It shows this error on the student screen. On my screen, the connecting screen continues to attempt to connect.
Any help appreciated.
