    Hello,

We are using Veyon in a few labs so teachers can monitor and control what students are doing, but when launching things like Illustrator, CUra, or 123D Design we get a reportedly high incidence of freezing and lag on both the client and master computers.

Is there anything you can suggest I look into?

    Thanks,
    -Mike

It could be an issue with the builtin VNC server. You can try to disable the Enable capturing of layered windows option in the service / VNC server options. Altering the other options could be worth a try as well. Which update interval have you configured on the master side?
