I'm new to Veyon and just trying out a very basic setup. No key pairs, just Logon Auth without Access Control or LDAP.

Veyon works awesomely when the Veyon Master application is logged into with an account with administrator rights. It gives an "access denied" message when the authenticating user (just trying to start Master, not actually connect to any clients) is not an administrator.

This can't possibly be a requirement, so what am I doing wrong?

      Thanks!

        Hello @erich,

Veyon Master does not require any administrator rights to run. When trying with a non-admin user, did you try a local or domain user? In case of domain users, did you properly prepend the domain, i.e. MYDOMAIN\user? Did you also disable the "Perform access control" option in the master configuration (https://docs.veyon.io/en/latest/admin/reference.html#behaviour)?
