      Where do I look to fix whatever is block the admin from authenticating with one of my stubborn client computers. Does this have something to do with the firewall? I don't think so because I disabled on the windows 10 firewall settings and the problem persist. I tried uninstalling and reload the the keys etc. Seems to me there is a Windows 10 setting causing the problem but I am not sure where to start....any suggestions?

        Have you verified that the key pair IDs are identical on all computers? Did you set the access group for public and private key files properly? The public key file needs to be readable by everyone/guest on all computers while the private key file should be accessible by Veyon Master users on the teacher computers.
