Remote Monitor PC at 30 FPS

I have 12 monitors on our network and one master. I'm trying to view the screens of each person as they are viewing videos or playing games but the FPS shoots down to 2-4. Is there anything I can do so I can view the monitors of my remote PCs at 30 FPS or higher?

@treizek maybe you need all gigabit interfaces and high end cpu, but for what vnc dont offer sound right ?
