Window View vs. Full Screen View

When I connect to a client computer which has 2 monitors, I noticed that the Window View shows me two REALLY SMALL monitors with which I am able to interact, however, they are REALLY SMALL, as they are fitting on my one monitor (I have 2 monitors at my Master computer). When connecting to a system with only one monitor, I can see the whole screen, including the taskbar, and there is no need to have any vertical or horizontal scroll bar.
When I select Full Screen View, the size of the view is too large, and I am not able to see the taskbar, nor are there any vertical or horizontal scroll bars that would allow me to see the other areas of the screen. I have played around with the resolution on the client computer, but that is not an acceptable fix for the issue. Is there somewhere that I can further adjust the viewing size?
