Veyon Master Grey Icons

Hi,
In Veyon Master I can see all my locations and computers, and when I select a location, all the correct computers appear, but only as grey icons (correct computer names). If I select Remote Control from the toolbar and enter the computer name, it instantly connects and allows me to control that computer.
We are using Windows AD as our LDAP server.
I've read through the troubleshooting page (Computers can’t be accessed), but I can't find anything obviously wrong.
Can anyone suggest anything I can try to troubleshoot this...?
(The real frustration is that Veyon has worked perfectly fine in the past!)

Hi,
Fixed the issue by adding 'dNSHostName' to the 'Computer hostname attribute', in Environment settings, under LDAP Basic.
