RDP (mutli session mode)

Hi,
We have a lab with 31 workstations. We have installed version 4.4.2 (Up to date Windows 10). We want to use the workstations through RDP. We have turned on multi session mode (View / Advanced / Service). If the student logs in right in front of the workstation, everything is fine. We see it on the teacher's workstation.
When a student logs in to the workstation with RDP, we do not see it on the teacher’s machine. Why doesn't it work? Please help us.
