Client does not appear on the Veyon Master - Wifi

I need help...
I have some notebooks wifi within the Master's network, but not within the domain due to Windows not allowing this function.

Everything is installed and the keys, but I can't see the client.
I put the equipment with fixed IP and I still can't see it.
I also fitted the equipment with a fixed IP and it still didn't work.

Someone with a help light?
