Application dialog boxes do not render (display only white)

Hello!

I've been using Veyon to remote into several PCs that are in backpack configurations for VR. Often I need to open settings in Steam VR but the dialog windows will not render on my master machine. They only appear white.

I've noticed this not just with Steam, but many applications. Dialog boxes will pop open and display only white.

I've tried changing my display resolution and refresh rate, but without success. Any ideas?
