keyboard and mouse problem

Hello and thanks for help

after blocking the screen some mouse and keyboard on clients stop working - so students unplug keyboard and mouse or destroy cable. In our school library the blocking screen option is used very often.

My question: is it possible that I can disable blocking keyboard and mouse on clients, when teacher makes a presentation or teacher is blocking the screen (taskmanager is disabled via gpo) .
