Logon error with local user SSPLogonUser false 1385

When trying to test the local logon via configuration app, or when trying to login using the master app, I get the error:

[DEBUG] WindowsUserFunctions::authenticate(): SSPLogonUser() false 1385
[ERR] AcceptSecurityContext failed with 8009030C

The local user account is a standard user local, and I can logon fine with the account into Windows.

I have tried with the following formats, but they all error:

• username
• hostname\username
• .\username

The password has not expired, is set to never expire, and the account is not disabled (as I can logon to it fine in windows).

Any help appreciated. Windows 11 on a new PC, Veyon 4.9.1

I'm getting the same error only with some users in our AD domain. Technicians with elevated rights in AD are able to authenticate to the Master program, but other users, like Teachers cannot. All the LDAP setup works fine after that, but the initial authentication fails with:
