Can't logon Veyon Master from Entra ID enrolled computer

We are using Veyon on our student computer labs. The computers are on an Active Directory domain, however LDAP/AD integration has not been set in Veyon configurator. We are currently using logon authentication. Logon to Veyon Master is possible with any computer on the domain and we are able to monitor and remote-control computers in the labs successfully.
Unfortunately, when trying to logon using a computer that is Entra ID enrolled, it always reports that username and password combination is incorrect.
This happens even though the username and passwords are correctly typed.

Is there a way to remedy this?
