Unstable connection

Hi,

I am using Veyon Master on my local computer, while the student machine is an Azure VM in the cloud. I have already imported the certificate on the student side and opened the required ports for the connection.

However, I am facing two issues:

1- Broadcasting the teacher/master screen to the student machine does not work.
It only shows a loading spinner/ring and never starts.

2- The student VM screen is sometimes not displayed correctly on the master side.
Instead of showing the student’s screen properly, I sometimes only see a black screen with a line on one of the student’s displays. The student is using two monitors.

Has anyone experienced something similar or know what could be causing this?
