configurator set-up

I am trying to set up for my school. I have a windows 11 and 10 laptop currently. Got the configurator set up with key file authentication from home on both laptops, but as soon as I connect to school wifi they don't work. Made sure both are on the same wifi network. Maybe a router setting I need to change? Any ideas?
