Veyon master displaying grey screen on clients

We are running Veyon 4.4.0 on Windows 10 systems and we have observed that sometimes the Veyon master show up grey screen for the connected clients instead showing the page the client is on. We upgraded some of the clients to 4.7.5 and still saw the issue. Have anyone observed this issue as well and if so what was done to fix this issue.
