Adding computers via css-file

Hi, we would like to prepare our school laptops for using veyon and my idea was to install the computer names and ip-addresses via css-file. Problem is, I do not know how to find and use the CLI. Can someone give me support or propose to me a better way to import the ip-addresses of all the laptops, which are used in the class? We have about 60 laptops, so writing the individual IP-addresses is no option. Every idea is welcome. Thank you.
