Remote view not showing users screen when user is logged in
-
Hi,
Just curious if i'm missing something here. I am trying to do a remote view from the master machine to a client machine. Both are windows server. Even when I log into the client machine and then perform a remote view from the master it just shows the lock screen and doesnt recognize there is a user logged in. Is there some sort of option I am missing?

@bennyp Is there any chance that the client is logged into via Remote Desktop?
I ask because I have the exact same issue when students connect via Remote Desktop. In Master and Remote View, only the Windows lock screen is shown. When I do a Remote Control, I log into the PC, which kicks the student off.
I have been trying to find a way to resolve this for quite some time. -
@TonyPSchaefer Yes this is exactly what im trying to figure out too. We have multiple Windows servers that students RDP into. My instructor wants to be able to remote view all of the machines with the students logged in. I actually installed the veyon master in the classroom environment and now all I get is a black screen even though its connected. I get the lock screen on different install in a separate subnet so two things to figure out now.
