Red monitor on all ICT PC

Hi
I have setup ICT suite with Veyon software. Also the classrooms. in the ICT master PC i can see all the classrooms but ICT suite i am unable to see. I see just red monitor.
There is another PC i have setup and i can see everything normal no red screen. I exported that key from working one, imported to none working but still same red screen.
Have i missed a stop, the config tool looks identical on both PC so not sure what the issue is or can be
