VPN PC can't start

Hello, I have a problem connecting to a computer that has a VPN. I can’t connect to it, as soon as I turn off the vpn and enter my main ip, the connection immediately appears, but the connection does not occur on the ip from the vpn. Tell me how I can solve this problem and is it possible to solve it at all.
