Users Escaping Lock Screen Windows 10

First post (great product BTW). My offsite IT company have installed Veyon on our Windows 10 Server / Client school Network. It appears to have deployed successfully. Some of the chn have already found that if they pinch the trackpad to display all open windows they can simply skip past the Lock Screen? Is this because the lock screen is just a window with a picture of a lock on it or am I missing something. (Not fully tested to see what they can actually do, just noticed it at the end of a less last week, when one of the children showed me. Thanks
