Veyon 4.7.4.0 on Windows 8.1 and startup screen - no working ;(

Upon installing 4.7.4.0 on Windows 8.1, the service Veyon is not working at windows startup screen (before any login). In Veyon Master, it says 'Auth failed", but as soon as the user logs in, the connection is smooth. Key pair are the same on both PCs.As I remember for Windows 10, there was not such a pain - I could connect to windows even if the user has not logged in yet.
Can anyone help me? Maybe recent updates to Windows 8.1 has disabled some things?

After 4 hours of uninstalling updates, I found out that the reason was Intel HD graphics drivers for internal graphics. Tried 9.17 version and some other - no succcess. The Motherboard used is Asrock H61M-GS and Intel Pentium G630 CPU.After adding separate video card (GF6600, the old one) - the probles is gone. Everything works fine as it should.
What it the way to contact the developers, so that they fix this issue?
