Dynamic IP

Hello, my college was using NetOp Vision, doesn't work anymore. I'm trying to use Veyon, but I cannot setup my computers using IP as we use dynamic IP instead of static. How can I setup? Can I run it by hostname and does it change or stays static for example when I click on the tray icon on the client side shows "Veyron Service 4.7.4 at N904P4-01:11100"
So on the teachers computer when I setup instead of IP Address I can put in N904P4-01:11100 and even with the dynamic IP changes, the teachers computer will still see the client computer.
