Master login no longer works

We have Veyon set up on 6 clients and 1 master. 2 of the clients weren't loading properly, so I deleted them and re-added through the configurator panel. Now suddenly, the master will not accept the login info of the teacher using it. It is connected through LDAP. Will a fresh install fix this? Is it possible to uninstall and re-install without having to reconfigure all the clients?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
